Role Description

This full-time hybrid role offers an opportunity for psychiatrists to transition seamlessly into private practice using a turnkey infrastructure. Based in New York, NY, the role also allows for partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to a relatively high functioning diverse client population, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The psychiatrist will engage with clients across various demographics, including children and adolescents (if so trained), while contributing to the organization's patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in Psychiatry, including clinical experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
2. Skills in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health treatment, with an emphasis on providing patient-centered and evidence-based treatments
3. Adult focus, Adolescent/Child focus, or Lifespan Focus as per your expertise
4. Strong medical knowledge and expertise in Medicine affecting mental health care
5. Licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of New York or eligibility for licensure
6. Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for building strong patient relationships
7. Experience working in private practice or a willingness to transition to private practice
8. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry is preferred
