Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team in the Tulsa and Southern Oklahoma areas. Our current job openings offer full-time as well as a part-time opportunity and provides a dynamic clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings. Our headquarters are located in Tulsa, OK, however we provide services all across the State of Oklahoma and neighboring States.
As a Consulting Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in supporting patient care, guiding facility practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with diverse populations including long-term care, acute care, and community-based clients, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes.
This position offers the opportunity to build strong clinical skills while also expanding into additional areas such as nutrition counseling and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments across assigned facilities
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs
Provide nutrition interventions including weight management, therapeutic diets, and enteral nutrition support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and improve outcomes
Support dietary department operations including regulatory compliance, food safety, and sanitation standards
Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and survey readiness activities
Provide education and guidance to staff, patients, and caregivers
Document all assessments and interventions within EMR systems accurately and efficiently
Maintain current knowledge of clinical nutrition practices across long-term care, acute care, and related settings

Qualifications & Experience
Registered Dietitian (RDN) with active Commission on Dietetic Registration credential
State licensure in Oklahoma, or eligible for licensure, including candidates with Provisional Licensure (RDE)
Experience in long-term care, hospital, or clinical settings preferred
Strong understanding of clinical nutrition, physiology, and therapeutic diets
Experience with nutrition assessments, care planning, and documentation
Familiarity with EMR systems
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to educate, communicate effectively, and build strong professional relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
