SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partners and facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services. This position is part time, working 2 - 12 hr evenings, 3p-3a, preferable Mon & Tues. Works 48 hours in a 2 week pay period.
