Senior Psychologist (Supervisor)

California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking experienced psychologists, like you, to supervise the development, implementation, and coordination of psychological clinical activities for a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians committed to providing optimal care, promoting patients’ successful reintegration into society, and reducing recidivism.

In this vital role, you will:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate patient treatment programs
• Train, direct, and supervise clinical staff in the delivery of services and treatment
• Perform the more difficult evaluations and develop associated treatment plans
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards and practices
• Provide leadership for program development and evaluation
• Participate in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team planning sessions and case reviews
