The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare Network is recruiting for (1) Social Worker in the Community Engagement & Enrichment Services (CERS), HUD-VASH program. S/he serves as a member of a multidisciplinary HUD-VASH team responsible for coordinating and providing individual and family counseling and case management services.
