The Mental Health Clinical Nurse Leader (MH-CNL) reports to the Chief Nurse of Mental Health. The MH-CNL fosters active partnerships with MH Nursing Leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluations of staff training and education. The MH-CNL is accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising nursing staff training and education for inpatient and outpatient mental health nursing. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
