Occupational Therapist-Home Health OT
Job Description The Opportunity:The Home Health Occupational Therapist OT evaluates client after impairment injury or disease and plans, designs and implements individualized occupational therapy treatment programs after referral from a physician. Interventions may include therapeutic exercise functional retraining use of thermal electrical modalities splinting and use of various other training and retraining skills. Periodically reevaluates client to determine effectiveness of interventions and contributes to discharge planning. The OT supervises treatment provided by students technicians or assistants and recommends client care interventions to other members of the health care team to contribute to the clients rehabilitation proce
