Nemours is seeking a Social Worker to join the team! This full-time, grant-funded social work position is dedicated to serving the pediatric sickle cell disease patient population in Sussex County, Delaware. This position is currently funded for two years with consideration of continued funding based on demonstrated patient/family need. The social worker in this position will work collaboratively with the Nemours multidisciplinary hematology team assisting with patient sickle cell disease (SCD) clinic visits in our Milford and Wilmington locations.
