Social Worker
Directly provides counseling, case management and other chemical dependency services in meeting the social emotional needs of the detox/rehab patients and their family members. Responsibilities: Provide assigned patients with activities, group sessions to plan objectives, stimulate behavioral change and to process effectively. Provide evaluations and psychosocial assessments for patients in collaboration with the td team.
