SummaryThe incumbent is assigned to the Grand Island Home Based Primary Care Clinic. The social worker must use a high level of skill in assessing and treating the complicated psychosocial problems of Veterans. Responsibilities include the initial - interim - and annual assessment of psychosocial problems.
