Psychiatrist -Harm Reduction Coordinator(HRC)/Substance Use Disorder(SUD) Harm Reduction Coordinator (HRC)/substance use disorder (SUD) Psychiatrist is aligned under the Chief of Psychiatry and is a bargaining unit employee. HRC/SUD Psychiatrist provides care in accordance with the VA goals of high-quality, Veteran-centered healthcare that embraces the recovery model.
