Job DescriptionThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties performed by personnel so classified. Responsible for the first line supervision of a clinical treatment team of social work staff and students/ interns.Assists departmental management in evaluation of problem areas in clinical functioning. Makes recommendations regarding program and staff assignments to the department leadership.Approves staff requests for leave and arranges for adequate clinical coverage when team members are absent.
