The Department of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences, at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry position. Responsibilities include providing general pediatric psychiatric clinical services to the Medical Center. These clinical services would include outpatient work only. The incumbent is expected to participate in supervision and training of psychiatry residents, fellows, and medical students. The incumbent may be required to provide services in person, through telemedicine and in other affiliated sites, cover call for nights and weekends, and backup calls for psychiatry service. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with interests in academic psychiatry, teaching and research.
