The Suicide Prevention Case Manager is a Senior Social Worker who will serve to facilitate implementation of suicide prevention strategies to help ensure that all appropriate measures are taken to prevent suicide in our veteran population. Incumbent provides a full range of Social Work services within commonly accepted standards of Social Work practice, which includes case work, individual, family and group counseling, care coordination, case management, and other services as appropriate. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
