The Social Worker serves as Program Coordinator at the GS-12 grade and is administratively and clinically responsible for Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Programs providing treatment to Veterans experiencing homelessness. The Social Worker is regarded as an expert in this specialty area and provides direct Veteran care services, in addition to administrative duties, in the San Francisco VA Health Care System's (SFVAHCS) GPD programs.
