The Social Worker is assigned to the Mental Health Integrated Clinical Community (MH ICC). Provides clinical case management in the Housing and Urban Development Supported Housing (HUD-VASH) program. Will perform additional social work activities to include provision of psychotherapy, consultation with both VA and community partners. The social worker will provide services on station and in the community (entire St. Cloud VAHCS catchment area). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
