ChristianaCare's Integrated Behavioral Health department is looking to hire a Full Time Behavioral Health Consultant to support the Linden Hill Primary Care practice.The Behavioral Health Consultant will contribute to the overall clinical operation of the behavioral health department and the daily care of the outpatient population in primary care. Will function as a member of the clinical team through collaboration, providing individual psychotherapy, consultation, assessment, treatment and behavioral health education and will provide collaboration with and a conduit to Behavioral Health and support an integrated model of health care.
