Social Worker (MHICM)
The Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) Social Worker serves Veterans with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SMI) who have frequent or long-term hospitalizations. The MHICM Social Worker will meet with veterans and their families in their home and in their communities. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
