DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Case Management supervisor is responsible for supporting the case management team under the supervision of the Director of Case Management. The role requires the employee to work closely with Nursing Leadership and the Hospitalist Group to develop, implement, and maintain low length of stay and ultimately to enhance the quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction.
