Overview
Pediatric Psychology Position
St. Luke's Children's Neuro- and Behavioral Psychology is looking for a full-time pediatric health psychologist to join our multi- disciplinary and patient-focused team. The position involves providing evidence-based intervention for children, adolescents, and families managing chronic medical conditions. There is an emphasis chronic pain and functional disorders with flexibility to work with other chronic health conditions.
This position will work collaboratively to support several pediatric subspecialty clinics including gastroenterology, neurology, physical medicine and rehab, integrated medicine, general surgery, urology, rheumatology, and nephrology. This role will primarily serve our outpatient program, but there are opportunities for inpatient consultation. There are also opportunities to provide clinical consultation with our masters level therapists and child and adolescent psychiatrists.
Qualifications
A qualified candidate must:
- have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA/CPA-accredited university training program;
- have completed an APA/CPA-accredited pre-doctoral internship;
- have completed a postdoctoral training pediatric psychology, and
- be licensed or eligible for license in psychology in Idaho.
