Providence Medical Group is seeking a leadership-oriented, board-certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director of Behavioral Health in Providence Southwest Washington. This is a vital leadership role where you will be joining a collaborative team of over 100 behavioral health providers working across multiple care facilities. Its clinical responsibilities include providing support to outpatient practice clinics, an inpatient hospital based psychiatric unit with 20 beds, while also supporting and consulting for the St. Peters Hospital Emergency Department and medical floors throughout the hospital. You will also work closely with the Director of Behavioral Health to develop strategies for growth and sustainability. Provide support to outpatient practice clinics, and inpatient hospital based psychiatric unit
Enjoy a mixture of both clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing time to provide direct patient care while leading and developing a well-established regional program
Compensation is between $287,000 to $310,000
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
